Charlene Stoudt joined Centessa in October 2024 as Senior Vice President, Clinical Development Operations. Charlene brings more than 25 years of experience to the company in building, driving and leading successful global clinical operations organizations, spanning all phases of clinical development. Charlene has extensive expertise in the neuroscience therapeutic area, including neurodegenerative diseases, sleep-related conditions, movement disorders, and psychiatric conditions.
Charlene spent over 8 years at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where she served as Executive Director, Head of Global Clinical Operations. There she led both the Neuroscience and Oncology therapeutic areas clinical operations department. She has a demonstrated track record of success, bringing innovative thinking to strategically execute and deliver high-quality clinical programs. Before her time at Jazz, Charlene held increasingly responsible leadership roles in clinical and program management, in both the CRO and pharmaceutical industries.
Charlene holds a BA degree from Brown University.
