Kerstin Schultz is Senior Vice President, Global Program Leadership of Centessa Pharmaceuticals, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company. She joined Centessa in 2021 and brings more than 30 years of cross-functional leadership experience across all stages of development from preclinical through commercialization, in numerous therapeutic areas and across small biotech, large pharma, and medical device companies.
Prior to joining Centessa, Kerstin held senior R&D leadership roles at Astellas, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, BrainScope, Allergan, and Baxter. She began her industry career at G.D. Searle & Co., followed by a management consulting role at Kearney.
Kerstin holds an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Business and Public Law from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden.
